This Privacy Policy explains how Aveda Packaging, a division of Aveda Labs, collects and uses personal information when you visit packaging.avedalabs.com, request a packaging brief, or submit a Meta Instant Form. It applies to business enquiries relating to premium flexible packaging, design support and product-ready artwork.
We may collect your first name, last name, company name, mobile phone number, work phone number, work email address, requested packaging format and quantity requirement. We may also receive information you include in project notes, together with technical information that a platform such as Meta makes available in connection with an Instant Form submission.
We use enquiry information to assess your packaging requirement, prepare a quote or packaging brief, contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email, and improve how we respond to business enquiries. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Instant Form information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis or your consent where consent is required.
When you submit a Meta Instant Form, Meta processes the form through its platform. If SMS verification is enabled, Meta verifies the mobile number using a one-time passcode before the form can be submitted. We receive the submitted lead information to follow up on your requested packaging enquiry. Meta’s own privacy practices are governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
We share information only with team members and service providers who need it to respond to your enquiry, operate our website or deliver requested packaging services. We retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, to manage our commercial relationship, or to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing.
